Timothy McVeigh attacked the US Federal Building in Oklahoma City in the US kin 2005 "on tax day" as a symbol of extremist Right Wing dogma that claims that we need "less government". . .. as Grover Norquist has claimed that we need to "drown government in the bathtub . .. . .."
Anders Breivik, the Norwegian gunman that killed 93 in Oslo and at a Labor Party youth camp in Norway in July, 2011 also echoed the cries of Grover Norquist in Breivik's "manifesto" . . .. erroneously claiming that diverse voices of "the other" and the diverse of a democracy need to be eliminated so that those with blue eyes and blond hair can rule with authority. . .. .while claiming to be a "Christian" . . ..
